Bahareh Zolfaghari

I am an Associate Marriage and family Therapist (AMFT #154665) under the supervision of Jane DeWilde (LMFT #107315). I received my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from National University.
As a compassionate therapist, I provide a safe, supportive space for clients to heal, grow, and reconnect with their inner strengths. My approach is Holistic and integrative. I see the deep connection between mind and body, and I draw from psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques (CBT), and mindfulness – based practices to support the whole person. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, depression, trauma, addiction or life transitions, I’ll meet with you where you are with warmth, curiosity, and respect. My goal is to help you become the most empowered and authentic version of yourself.
I provide therapy in both English and Farsi.
